Follow Up Ace
Shared assistant access, contact priorities, reviewed drafts, and connected CRM notes and tasks. Built around the work an agent needs to do next.
Read the case study : Follow Up AceI’m the founder of Moon Sherpa Labs and Follow Up Ace. I build software with the perspective of someone who has led engineering teams, run a real estate business, and worked inside legal operations.
Engineering foundation: Cockrell School of Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin.
I started my career building software. At Scanther Mobile, that meant taking a mobile app platform from an idea to a company, a CNBC appearance, and an acquisition. At Advice Interactive Group, it meant leading a team of developers, engineers, and designers shipping enterprise SaaS.
Then I spent five years running a real estate team and lead generation platform in Austin. I experienced the gaps between the tools a business buys and the work people actually need to get done. That operating experience still shapes how I build.
Today, Moon Sherpa Labs brings those perspectives together: an engineering foundation from UT Austin, experience leading teams, and hands-on work across real estate and legal operations. I work directly with clients, from understanding the problem through building the system.
Mobile products. Enterprise teams. Real estate operations. Connected AI systems.
Built a mobile app platform from scratch. The company was featured on CNBC’s Mad Money with Jim Cramer. Filed 3 utility patent applications and sold the company to Advice Interactive Group.
Led 13+ developers, engineers, and designers building enterprise SaaS products. Scaled nearshore resources in Colombia and helped the company win the 2017 IMPACT Award.
Ran a real estate team and lead generation platform in Austin. Built the technology and operating systems behind the team, with firsthand experience of the tools and handoffs agents depend on.
Built a legal intake workspace connecting voice, chat, SMS, documents, and structured AI triage. Staff review the collected context and control follow-up through explicit automation settings.
Built Follow Up Ace around contact priorities, reviewed outreach drafts, and CRM notes and tasks. Its shared assistant connects with Follow Up Boss, Claude, ChatGPT, and iPhone; read-only voice access brings pipeline context into the conversation.
The portfolio shows how product strategy, system integration, and software development come together in real projects.

Our first conversation starts with your operation: what people do, where the work gets stuck, and what a better day would look like. That gives us something concrete to design around.
A repeated task, a difficult handoff, or an important system that no longer fits. We can work from a real example to identify a useful first step.
A product direction, an integration, a vendor choice, or a system that needs attention. My engineering leadership and product experience inform the tradeoffs we will work through.
