Can you improve an existing system?
Yes. We start by inspecting the application, its records, and the way your team uses it. The right scope may be an integration, a focused improvement, or a migration rather than a complete rebuild.
How are scope and cost agreed?
We define the first useful release, deliverables, integrations, assumptions, and review points in a proposal before implementation. The estimate follows that scope, including the work needed to operate and maintain the result.
What happens after launch?
We agree the handover, documentation, operational owner, and any maintenance or support arrangement as part of the scope. Your team should know how the system is deployed, who responds when it needs attention, and how future changes are handled.
Who will I work with?
You’ll work directly with Austin Archuleta, founder of Moon Sherpa Labs, on the problem, technical decisions, and implementation. Any additional roles or specialist support are discussed in the engagement scope.
